The mortgage sales representative team is a national retail banking channel whose mandate is to increase TD Canada Trust's customer base through real estate-secured credit facilities. Your sales director is committed to your success and will work closely with you, including through joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions. You will work with a sales management system designed specifically to support your success through our sales channel. Requirements

  • Highly motivated candidate with initiative and exceptional sales skills.
  • Independent and autonomous professional with a knack for establishing new business relationships in a constantly evolving competitive market.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Preferably, a candidate with a good knowledge of retail banking or the credit approval process.
  • Post-secondary education is an asset.
