We are seeking a skilled and motivated Ford Mobile Service Technician to operate our Mobile Service Van and deliver high-quality maintenance and light repair services directly to our customers’ homes and businesses. Requirements

2+ years automotive technician experience (Ford experience preferred but not required)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Excellent customer service and communication skills

Nice To Haves

ASE certifications preferred
Ford certification is a plus

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and light repairs at customer locations using a fully equipped Ford Mobile Service Van
Services may include: Oil and filter changes, Tire rotations and replacements, Battery replacements, Brake services, Multi-point inspections, Recall and software updates, Minor diagnostic and repair work
Communicate clearly with customers about services performed and recommended repairs
Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, parts usage, and time reporting
Keep the mobile service vehicle clean, organized, and properly stocked
Represent the dealership professionally in the community
