About The Position
Join the Chuck Nash Team! Do you enjoy solving problems, working independently, and providing outstanding customer service? We're looking for a dependable and motivated Mobile Service Technician to bring dealership-quality service directly to our customers.
Requirements
- Previous automotive technician experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic computer and tablet proficiency for repair orders and inspections.
Nice To Haves
- ASE certifications are a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and light repairs at customer locations.
- Complete oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, recalls, software updates, and other approved mobile services.
- Diagnose basic mechanical concerns and determine when dealership service is needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked mobile service vehicle.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding services performed and recommended repairs.
- Complete repair orders and documentation accurately.
- Follow all safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines.
- Represent Chuck Nash with professionalism and exceptional customer service.
