Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in dealership or high-volume repair facilities
- Strong knowledge of various makes/models and solid diagnostic ability
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to work independently, efficiently, and communicate effectively
- Professional appearance, customer-first mindset, and a strong work ethic
- Physical stamina to meet the demands of an on-site, hands-on role
Nice To Haves
- ASE Certification
- Ford and/or Lincoln FSA Certifications
- Post-secondary auto training
Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations (homes/worksites) in a fully equipped company vehicle
- Diagnose and perform on-site repairs or maintenance services
- Advise customers on next steps for more complex issues, if needed
- Work on a wide range of makes and models
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
- Represent the Long-Lewis brand with pride and excellence
