About The Position

Mullinax Ford of Central Florida is hiring a Mobile Service Technician to meet growing demand. This role offers independence, better customer interaction, and a company investing in the future of service. The technician will run their own mobile service route, performing tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, filter changes, and light repairs. They will also diagnose basic issues, recommend services, and deliver a dealership-quality experience at the customer's location, while staying efficient, organized, and on schedule.

Requirements

• Tech experience (dealer or independent shop)
• Solid mechanical skills + basic diagnostics
• Self-starter mindset – you’ll be working independently
• Clean driving record
• Someone who shows up ready to work and make money

Responsibilities

• Run your own mobile service route
• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, batteries, filters, light repairs
• Diagnose basic issues and recommend needed services
• Deliver a dealership-quality experience at the customer’s location
• Stay efficient, organized, and on schedule
