About The Position

Monaco Ford is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Mobile Service Technician to perform routine maintenance and light repair services at customer homes and businesses throughout the area. This position operates out of our Mobile Service Van and provides a convenient service experience while maintaining the high standards our customers expect. If you enjoy working independently, providing excellent customer service, and bringing convenient automotive service directly to customers, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements

• Previous automotive technician experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills
• Ability to perform maintenance and light repair services independently
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

• Ford experience a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and routine maintenance.
• Perform tire rotations.
• Perform brake inspections and brake services.
• Perform battery replacement.
• Perform minor repairs.
• Perform software updates.
• Perform small recall repairs.
• Perform multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Operate out of a Mobile Service Van.
• Provide convenient service experience while maintaining high standards.
• Work independently and manage time effectively.
• Represent Monaco Ford.
