About The Position

Long-Lewis Ford of Cullman is seeking motivated, skilled technicians for its growing Mobile Service Division. This role offers more freedom, better pay, and less stress than a traditional dealership technician position. Technicians will drive a fully equipped service van to customer locations, performing dealership-quality repairs at homes, job sites, and offices. The position emphasizes independence, customer service, and staying connected to the dealership team.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as a technician (dealership or high-volume shop preferred)
• ASE Certification required
• Solid diagnostic, mechanical, and electrical skills
• Great communication and customer service mindset
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Self-starter who thrives on independence and responsibility

Responsibilities

• Drive a company-provided mobile service van to customer locations
• Perform diagnostics & repairs on a wide range of vehicles
• Deliver exceptional customer service & clear communication
