Requirements

Alignment with core values: Character, Discipline, Caring, Unique, and Growth.
Completed tech school.
Completed a variety of continuing education.
2 years of experience in truck or fleet repair.
Invested at least $3,000 in personal tools.
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
Ability to pass a drug test and criminal background check.
Reside within 45 Google minutes of Auburn Shop.

Responsibilities

Perform repairs and maintenance on fleet, trucks, and heavy-duty vehicles from a well equipped Sprinter Van.
Work on our own fleet of tow trucks.
Service many outside clients that depend on us to keep their trucks and fleet on in service.
Perform work both InShop and OnSite.
Fix things, solve problems, and figure stuff out.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
