Mobile Service Coordinator Quirk Ford is growing and looking for a motivated Mobile Service Coordinator to join our team! The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing mobile service appointments while supporting our technicians and customers. As a Mobile Service Coordinator, you will help oversee daily mobile service operations, coordinate customer appointments, communicate with dealership teams, and ensure a seamless experience from scheduling through completion.
Requirements
- Customer service, automotive, or dealership experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced schedule
- Comfortable working independently and with dealership teams
- Professional and customer-focused attitude
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily mobile service appointments
- Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, service updates, and follow-up
- Support mobile technicians and dealership service teams
- Ensure accurate documentation of completed services
- Provide an outstanding customer experience and represent Quirk Ford professionally
- Assist with recall services, maintenance scheduling, and service coordination
- Maintain organized records and track service activity
- Help identify opportunities to improve customer retention and satisfaction
