Mobile Retail Lead
About The Position
Join Road Runner Sports as a Mobile Retail Program Lead for their newest retail concept, Shoe Force, which brings the Perfect Fit Process directly to customers. This role involves working in a new location each day at various wellness events, corporate sites, health expos, or special community events. It's an exciting and dynamic position where you will guide customers through the Fit Finder 3D Foot Scanning Technology and provide personalized recommendations to deliver a "Wow Customer Experience." You will be part of a team that shares a passion for a healthy and active lifestyle, making a difference in customers' lives by helping them on their journey to a healthier life. This is a sales-based position, and you will receive the necessary tools and training for success, with rewards through a generous bonus program for excellent customer service and achieving sales goals.
Requirements
- Enthusiastic approach to selling Shoe Force program
- Ability to load and unload the Shoe Force Van Daily (moving equipment up to 50Lbs)
- Willingness to adapt to ever-changing and fast-paced environments
- Able to be on your feet for 4 hours at a time
- Maintain a clean driving record and be comfortable driving a large van
