Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.

Nice To Haves

Experience with heavy-duty and commercial tires, including mounting and dismounting, is preferred.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
Experience with operating a tire press is preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate a tire press safely and efficiently.
Earn additional income through our performance-based bonus program.
Safely operate various types of forklifts.
Diagnose and identify tire-related issues and work toward timely resolutions.
Perform tire services including mounting, balancing, rotating, repairing, and other related services.
Provide both in-shop and mobile service support for customers.
Participate in company training programs and follow all safety procedures, company policies, and job requirements.
Assist with additional duties as assigned, which may include occasional travel and overtime.
