About The Position

Pro-MotionPix is seeking a Mobile Inventory Porter Technician to work with automotive dealerships throughout the Dublin, Livermore, and Pleasanton area. This is a hands-on job with variety every day, suitable for individuals who enjoy being on their feet, working with vehicles, traveling between locations, and managing their own daily route. The role involves helping dealership teams keep their vehicle inventory organized and ready for online shoppers by locating vehicles and keys, moving cars, communicating with dealership personnel, and using a company-issued iPhone to capture vehicle photos, 360° spins, and videos. No prior photography experience is needed as Pro-MotionPix provides paid training on equipment, apps, and workflow. The primary focus is on accuracy and efficiency in completing tasks.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable personal vehicle for traveling between locations
  • At least 1 year of consistent work history preferred
  • Previous automotive, warehouse, construction, landscaping, delivery, or similar experience preferred
  • Ability to walk dealership lots and perform physical tasks throughout the day
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort using smartphones and mobile applications
  • Manual transmission experience is helpful but not required
  • Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

  • Traveling between assigned dealership locations
  • Checking dealership lots for vehicles scheduled for service
  • Finding vehicle keys and confirming vehicle locations
  • Moving vehicles to designated staging or photography areas
  • Capturing required vehicle photos, 360° spins, and videos
  • Using a company-issued iPhone and mobile app to complete assignments
  • Speaking with dealership employees about vehicle availability and keys
  • Following up when vehicles are unavailable or information is missing
  • Managing your route and completing scheduled work within the expected timeframe
  • Maintaining a professional relationship with dealership staff
