About The Position

This is an as-needed, independent-contractor role performing in-home blood draws. Phlebotomists set and update their own availability and can accept or decline offered appointments; there are no set shifts, required minimum or maximum hours, guaranteed number of draws, or full-time commitment. Patient demand is concentrated on weekday mornings and early afternoons, with little to no demand for evenings, weekends, or holidays. Draws are matched to the worker’s surrounding area. Pay is $50 per completed draw, plus mileage compensation when applicable.

Requirements

• Active phlebotomy certification.
• At least six months of current, relevant work experience, in addition to instructional hours completed while obtaining certification.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
• Fluency in English.
• A smartphone with internet access.

Responsibilities

• Set and update availability by uploading open time slots to the calendar.
• Review patient details and accept or decline offered in-home blood draws.
• Complete accepted blood draws.
