About The Position

ExamOne, a Quest Diagnostics company, is seeking a dedicated Mobile Examiner to provide phlebotomy and related diagnostic services in clients’ homes, workplaces, and company centers. This independent, flexible, field-based role involves local travel and a strong focus on patient care, accurate specimen handling, customer service, and administrative tasks. The role uses company technology to confirm appointments, update case statuses, and upload completed exams to a portal within 24–48 hours. It may also involve inventory assistance, workspace upkeep, dispatch calls, and mentoring new team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active phlebotomy or medical assistant certification, based on state requirements.
• At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience, including at least 100 documented successful blood draws.
• Experience with pediatric and geriatric patients, urine collection, and EKG administration.
• Internet access, a computer, and a printer.
• Valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Motor vehicle record with no more than 2 moving violation convictions within the previous 36 months, and none within the most recent 12 months.
• Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, adaptable, independent, and committed to compliance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct exams at individuals’ homes or workplaces.
• Take basic vital signs and record medical histories.
• Perform venipunctures, urine collections, and EKGs as applicable.
• Label, centrifuge, split, and package specimens for safe, timely transport.
• Travel locally to meet clients and provide customer service.
• Use company technology to confirm appointments, update case statuses, and upload completed exams to the portal within 24–48 hours.
• Assist with inventory and maintain clean workspaces.
• Dispatch calls and occasionally mentor new team members.
