About The Position

At Bark & Mane of Roswell and Sandy Springs, we’ve built a calmer, more intentional way to groom, one pet at a time, right at the pet parent’s home. We are looking for experienced groomers who can confidently complete full grooms independently and take pride in their work. This opportunity offers a less stressful, more structured environment with a 3 to 4-day work week option. Our groomers provide a stress-free, one-on-one experience that prioritizes each pet’s comfort, safety, and well-being. Our professionally equipped mobile grooming vans provide a clean, safe workspace so you can focus on delivering personalized care to every pet you meet. Bark & Mane is a locally owned business focused on doing things the right way, for pets, their families, and our team. We focus on thoughtful scheduling, consistent routes, repeat clients, a supportive, team-first culture, and well-being, not just volume.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of professional grooming experience
• Can confidently complete full grooms independently
• Take pride in their work and don’t cut corners
• Want a less stressful, more structured environment
• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused

• Cat grooming experience a strong plus!

Responsibilities

• Full-service grooming from start to finish
• Creating a calm, safe experience for each pet
• Communicating with pet parents professionally and warmly
• Keeping your van clean, stocked, and organized
• Delivering a consistently high-quality groom
• Building your client base for recurring appointments
