About The Position

Securitas USA is hiring Mobile Patrol Security Officers in the Houston, Texas area. This is a driving-focused security role for candidates who prefer working independently and spending their shift on the road. Officers complete scheduled patrol visits at assigned client locations, conduct security checks, monitor for suspicious activity, and respond to alarms or security issues as required. The role requires extensive driving, attention to detail, and the ability to remain alert and work independently. Officers use a company vehicle and complete approximately 18–22 patrol visits and drive approximately 250 miles per shift.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age under the company driving policy.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Comfortable driving long distances.
• Ability to work independently and remain alert.

• Driving or patrol experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete 18–22 scheduled patrol visits per shift.
• Drive approximately 250 miles per shift using a company vehicle.
• Conduct exterior and interior security checks at client locations.
• Observe, identify, and report suspicious activity.
• Complete accurate electronic patrol reports.
• Respond to alarms or security issues as required.
• Follow all post orders, safety procedures, and traffic laws.
