About The Position

Securitas USA is seeking reliable and motivated Mobile Security Officers in Dallas, Texas. Officers work independently across multiple client locations, conducting routine patrols and inspections while operating a company-provided vehicle. The position involves approximately 18–22 site visits and 250 miles of driving per shift, monitoring for suspicious activity and safety concerns, and responding to alarms, emergencies, and client requests. Officers must complete detailed incident and activity reports, interact professionally with clients, employees, and the public, and follow company policies, procedures, and post orders. The role requires extended periods of driving and may involve working in various weather conditions. This is a full-time position paying $17.00 per hour, with various scheduling options and an opportunity to grow within the security field.

Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Be able to operate a vehicle for extended periods.
Have strong observation and decision-making skills.
Have excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Conduct 18–22 site visits per shift at assigned client locations.
Perform mobile patrols along designated routes to support safety and security.

Monitor for suspicious activity, safety hazards, and security breaches.
Complete detailed incident and activity reports in a timely manner.
