About The Position

Ready to suit up as a Mobile Patrol Security Guard. Mobile patrolling and foot patrolling in a variety of settings including but not limited to condominiums, commercial properties, and malls. As a Mobile Patrol officer, there is a high focus on scheduled Patrols, excellent reporting and customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in a variety of environments.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid Manitoba security license
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problems solving skills
• Valid class 5 driver's license with a clean driver abstract
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in winter driving
• Adaptable to learn new tasks quickly on the job
• Professional demeanor and customer service focused
• Experience with using technology based systems

Nice To Haves

• First Aid/CPR, Use of Force, NVCI training is an asset

Responsibilities

• Patrolling in a variety of settings (mobile and foot)
• Enforcing property rules, city by-laws, and other applicable laws
• Deterring and responding to incidents on the property
• Responding to various types of emergencies
• Lockups/unlocks and alarm responses
• Vehicle Inspection Reports, Daily Occurrence Reports and Incident reports
• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
