About The Position

My Virtual Academy is seeking a reliable and energetic team member to serve as a Mobile Outreach Driver for the summer season. This temporary summer position is designed to increase community visibility and awareness of My Virtual Academy throughout Southeastern Michigan using the MVA truck. This is a great opportunity for current employees who may not have summer hours and are looking for meaningful summer work while continuing to support MVA’s mission and enrollment outreach efforts.

Requirements

Valid Michigan driver’s license required
Must provide a copy of current driver’s license
Clean driving record required
Ability to work independently and responsibly
Strong reliability and punctuality
Comfortable driving for extended periods of time
Ability to travel throughout Southeastern Michigan
Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift or move light materials
Internal applicants only

Responsibilities

Drive the MVA outreach truck along assigned routes throughout Southeastern Michigan
Increase community awareness and visibility for My Virtual Academy
Represent MVA in a professional, positive, and mission-driven manner
Follow assigned schedules and outreach routes
Maintain communication regarding completed routes and any concerns
Safely operate and care for the company vehicle
Assist with loading/unloading light promotional materials as needed
Support enrollment awareness and community engagement initiatives
