About The Position
The Mobile Nurse Assessment Coordinator (NAC) promotes the physical and emotional well-being of nursing facility residents. The objective is to gather patient information to provide better care. The Mobile NAC will travel to client facilities to fill in as needed.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered RN license in state of practice
- Minimum of 2 years direct hands-on nursing experience
- Minimum of 2 years long-term care experience
- Proficiency in ICD-10 coding experience required
- Must be able to travel extensively by air or car. Overnight travel is required.
- Must be able to provide proof of auto insurance.
- Travel Monday-Friday
Nice To Haves
- At least a minimum 1 year of RAI experience
