About The Position
The Mobile Nurse Assessment Coordinator (NAC) promotes the physical and emotional well-being of nursing facility residents by traveling to client facilities to fill in as needed. This role is crucial in gathering patient information to enhance care delivery. Full-time benefits begin on the first day of the month following the start date.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered RN license in state of practice.
- Minimum of 2 years direct hands-on nursing experience.
- Minimum of 2 years long-term care experience.
- Proficiency in ICD-10 coding experience.
- Must be able to travel extensively by air or car.
- Must be able to provide proof of auto insurance.
- Travel Monday-Friday.
Nice To Haves
- At least a minimum 1 year of RAI experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient/resident care from admission through discharge.
- Travel extensively by air or car, including overnight travel.
- Fill in as needed at client facilities.
