About The Position

The Mobile Nurse Assessment Coordinator (NAC) promotes the physical and emotional well-being of nursing facility residents by traveling to client facilities to fill in as needed. This role is crucial in gathering patient information to enhance care delivery. Full-time benefits begin on the first day of the month following the start date.

Requirements

  • Current, unencumbered RN license in state of practice.
  • Minimum of 2 years direct hands-on nursing experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years long-term care experience.
  • Proficiency in ICD-10 coding experience.
  • Must be able to travel extensively by air or car.
  • Must be able to provide proof of auto insurance.
  • Travel Monday-Friday.

Nice To Haves

  • At least a minimum 1 year of RAI experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate patient/resident care from admission through discharge.
  • Travel extensively by air or car, including overnight travel.
  • Fill in as needed at client facilities.
