About The Position

We need your extensive knowledge and advisory skills to guide instructor teams and manage course delivery. As a Mobile Networks Discipline Lead, you will bring your training, knowledge, and tactical experience delivering intelligence support to operations to work alongside the thought leaders in multi-domain, multi-effect, multi-player synthetic training environments. You will join a team dedicated to the comprehensive integration of multi-domain platforms and capabilities into synthetic training events that simulate real-world missions and the hardest problem sets. As a member of the team, you will leverage your knowledge and experience across a wide range of delivery mechanisms that include scenario and training event creation and execution, academic delivery, weekly skill facilitation, and real-world rehearsal support. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with tactical SIGINT
  • 3+ years of experience with wireless theories, technologies, and protocols
  • 3+ years of experience in the design, development, administration, and implementation of a technical tradecraft training program
  • Experience working with other Intelligence Community partners
  • Ability to train others in the US Government on specialized tradecraft and technical topics
  • Ability to run operational exercises to teach, mentor, and motivate students
  • Ability to travel CONUS up to 15% of the time
  • TS / SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Experience providing SIGINT collection and geolocation training
  • Ability to act as a role player in training scenarios
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics

Responsibilities
