About The Position

As a Mobile Mortgage Advisor at CIBC, a relationship-oriented bank, you will be a member of the Personal and Business Banking team. Your primary role will be to leverage your banking and mortgage experience to assist clients in achieving their home ownership dreams. This position offers the flexibility to meet with clients at their convenience, fostering lasting connections and providing expert mortgage advice and product solutions to help them secure their futures. CIBC supports an optimal work environment, allowing you to perform most work activities remotely, with only occasional on-site presence required. Specific details regarding the proportion of on-site and remote work will be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on the client experience and connect on a personal level to make every interaction meaningful.
  • Have the flexibility to support clients’ lifestyles and meet them on their schedule.
  • Work with Banking Centre teams to build relationships and provide clients with personalized mortgage advice and comprehensive financial planning support.
  • Understand your local market and potential client base and create a sales plan that will convert leads into new CIBC clients.
  • Use strong relationship building and networking skills to build connections, generate opportunities, and deliver bottom line results.
  • Grow your network and create lasting connections with other internal businesses and external realtors who will refer potential clients and opportunities back to you.
