About The Position
GYMGUYZ is looking for a Master Trainer to lead by example—training clients, mentoring trainers, and helping grow our local fitness team. Unlike traditional gyms, GYMGUYZ brings personal training directly to clients in their homes, offices, and other convenient locations. This role is ideal for someone with strong training experience who’s ready to take the next step into leadership, team development, and business growth.
Requirements
- Certified Personal Trainer certification from an accredited organization (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, etc.)
- CPR/AED certification
- 3+ years of personal training experience
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
Nice To Haves
- Leadership or trainer mentoring experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sales experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Train clients in one-on-one and small group sessions
- Conduct initial fitness assessments and reassessments
- Create customized workout programs based on client goals
- Mentor and support personal trainers on best practices
- Help maintain high coaching standards across the team
- Track client progress and retention metrics
- Support local marketing and community outreach events
- Partner with leadership on sales goals and business growth initiatives
