AFC Fitness in Feasterville is seeking a Master Trainer to advance their fitness career. This role involves motivating clients, driving personal training revenue, and contributing to the education and onboarding of the PT team.

Responsibilities

Motivate clients to accomplish their fitness goals.
Capture new member leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with sales results.
Maintain excellent communication across departments to optimize personal training revenue growth.
Create new personal training business sales daily, weekly, and monthly.
Assist the GM in driving the department to hit goals.
Play a key role in closeout and help the GM facilitate a plan for closeout goals.
Obtain full knowledge and competency in the Club Automation (CA) suite and assist members/staff with questions.
Have knowledge of all departments and facility safety protocols.
Contribute to the education of the PT Team through workshops, one-on-ones, and articles (1-3 hours per month, subject to GM approval).
Play a key role in onboarding new trainers, with proficient knowledge in the onboarding process (NMA/Re-eval) and the Functional Movement Screen, and be able to teach these to new trainers/fitness staff.
Generate social media content from within the PT Department (minimum posts per month as determined by GM) and assist other team members in generating social media content.
