About The Position

Princeton Property Management is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Mobile Maintenance Tech II to join their team. This role will support two apartment communities, Creekside Commons and Barbur Heights, in Beaverton, Oregon. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a wage range of $28.00–$30.00/hour (DOE). Additional compensation includes a $85/month phone reimbursement and an $80/month auto reimbursement, along with bonus opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 2 or more years of experience in property management maintenance, with well-rounded skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair. This is a mobile position requiring travel between multiple properties to complete work orders and support onsite teams, playing an important part in ensuring the communities remain safe, well-maintained, and welcoming for all residents.

Requirements

2+ years of property maintenance experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of general maintenance practices.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance duties including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
Respond to service requests and complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas and grounds.
Collaborate with property managers and other team members to prioritize tasks.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
