About The Position

Barnes-Jewish Hospital and Siteman Cancer Center is seeking a Mobile Health Van Specialist to join our mission-driven team. In this highly visible role, you’ll be at the forefront of community outreach—driving our new lung screening mobile health van to locations throughout the Greater St. Louis area and serving as a vital support team member while in the field. Beyond day-to-day operations, this role plays a key part in coordinating the van’s upkeep, ensuring all maintenance is completed and the vehicle remains ready to serve patients safely and reliably. This is a full-time opportunity with occasional Saturday availability preferred, offering a unique blend of independence, teamwork, and meaningful impact in the communities we serve.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
<2 years experience
No Supervisor Experience
CDL Class B

Nice To Haves

2-5 years experience
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

Responsibilities

Coordinates safe transport and efficient use of the mobile unit to and from community sites.
Maintains excellent vehicle preventative maintenance by ensuring the completion of daily checks and maintenance logs.
Completes and delivers requested reports and site metrics.
Contributes to the delivery of health screens.
Precepts new drivers and orients new staff to mobile unit procedures.
