About The Position

Are you passionate about working with animals and providing top-quality care? Do you take pride in delivering excellent service while building lasting relationships with pets and their owners? As a Mobile Groom Tech with Bark & Mane, you’ll start your journey toward becoming a professional groomer. You’ll bathe, prep, and pamper pets in a fully equipped, luxury grooming van—and receive paid, hands-on training as you advance your skills. Bark & Mane Mobile Pet Grooming is on a mission to improve the lives of pets and their families through loving, expert grooming care delivered right to their door. Our groomers provide a stress-free, one-on-one experience that prioritizes each pet’s comfort, safety, and well-being. As part of our team, you’ll work in a supportive environment where your expertise is respected and your passion for pets can thrive. Our professionally equipped mobile grooming vans provide a clean, safe workspace so you can focus on delivering personalized care to every pet you meet.

Requirements

Must love dogs and cats
A minimum of 1 year professional animal handling experience (shelter, vet, or bathing)
Strong work ethic – Be punctual, reliable, and take pride in your work
Independent & Self-Motivated – You’ll work solo in the van, so being proactive is key!
Team Player Attitude – Collaboration makes the whole team stronger
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (3+ years) and confidence driving a large van
A natural with customer service—pets AND people love you!
Able to lift up to 60 lbs and handle grooming tools with care and skill
