About The Position

Environment Control is hiring a full-time Mobile Fill-In Janitor for its utility crew in Tucson, Arizona, and surrounding areas. The role provides cleaning coverage at different commercial properties each night, including to cover open buildings and employees on vacation or sick leave. Employees start and end the day at the main office and use a company vehicle while on the clock; the company pays for gas during work. The position offers $16.00 per hour, exclusive position bonus opportunities, and weekly pay by direct deposit every Friday. The schedule is Monday through Friday, starting at 5:00 PM, with end times varying according to nightly needs within a 5:00 PM–3:00 AM shift window. One weekend per month is required. This active, fast-paced, physically demanding job involves repetitive bending, stretching, stooping, and lifting, as well as vacuuming and carpet scrubbing. Requirements

Hold a valid Arizona driver's license for at least the last five years.
Have a clean driving record, with no at-fault accidents, suspensions, or major moving violations.
Be able to start at 5:00 PM daily and work varying night hours up to 3:00 AM.
Be available to work one required weekend per month.
Have reliable personal transportation to and from the main office.
Have at least one year of verifiable work experience within the last five years.
Pass a standard background check and drug screen.
Be able to perform repetitive bending, stretching, stooping, and lifting, as well as vacuuming and carpet scrubbing.
