Mobile Female Training Specialist
About The Position
At GYMGUYZ, we bring fitness directly to homes, offices, and organizations. We are looking for passionate and certified personal trainers who crave freedom, flexibility, and autonomy. This role offers the opportunity to train clients on your terms, without the typical gym drama, sales quotas, or waiting for walk-ins. You will deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions, design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App, and manage your schedule efficiently. We are redefining the fitness industry as the nation’s leader in mobile personal training, offering stability and independence.
Requirements
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
- Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
Responsibilities
- Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions
- Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App
- Conduct Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
- Manage your schedule efficiently
- Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
- Collaborate with a supportive team that shares your passion
