Female Training Specialist
About The Position
At GYMGUYZ, we bring fitness directly to homes, offices, and organizations. This role offers the opportunity to train clients who want your coaching, providing flexibility, autonomy, and stability. You will deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions, design personalized programs, and conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App. The position requires managing your schedule efficiently, motivating clients, tracking results, and celebrating wins. You will also collaborate with a supportive team and represent GYMGUYZ’s core values: Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, Excellence (DRIVE). GYMGUYZ is redefining the fitness industry as the nation’s leader in mobile personal training, offering clients directly to trainers and the independence of training without walls.
Requirements
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
- Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
