About The Position

Safely operate sit-down forklifts to move, stage, rack, and deliver materials throughout the warehouse and production areas, including loading and unloading trucks and supporting efficient production flow.

Requirements

• Mandatory sit-down forklift experience with a minimum of 1 year of experience
• Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, or material-handling environment
• Commitment to safe work practices and a strong safety mindset
• Ability to stand for 8 or more hours per day
• Ability to lift 20 – 40 pounds frequently
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, initiative, and reliability
• Ability to be on time, lead by example, and maintain constructive working relationships
• Successful completion of required post-offer pre-employment screening, including background and drug testing

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming trucks
• Put inventory away
• Rack and stack products up to 16 feet high
• Load trucks with empty dunnage
• Maintain an organized, productive work area
• Identify and communicate equipment, material, or operational issues to the appropriate team member
