Mobile Equipment Operator - Forklift/Hi-Lo

Safely operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts to move, stage, rack, and deliver materials throughout the warehouse and production areas, including loading and unloading trucks and supporting efficient production flow.
Requirements
- Mandatory sit-down forklift experience.
- Stand-up forklift experience.
- Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, or material-handling environment.
- Commitment to safe work practices and a strong safety mindset.
- Ability to stand for 8 or more hours per day.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, initiative, and reliability.
- Ability to be on time, lead by example, and maintain constructive working relationships.
- Successful completion of required post-offer pre-employment screening, including background and drug testing.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts to move, stage, rack, and deliver materials throughout the warehouse and production areas, including loading and unloading trucks and supporting efficient production flow.
- Unload incoming trucks, put inventory away, and rack and stack product up to 16 feet high.
- Load trucks with empty dunnage and maintain an organized, productive work area.
- Identify and communicate equipment, material, or operational issues to the appropriate team member.
