About The Position

Lancer Scott is seeking a Mobile Electrical Engineer to cover North West London postcodes (NW). The role involves carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance, and minor project works. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with safe systems of work, risk assessments, method statements, and adhere to the company's health and safety policy. They will also comply with specific client working processes and procedures, maintain accurate records of works done, and carry out planned and reactive repairs within SLA deadlines. A good understanding of building services is required, with the ability to undertake additional multi-skilled tasks and minor new works/project installations. The role requires a proactive, customer-focused communicator who can adhere to Lancer Scott FM procedures and systems. The engineer will be expected to work on domestic, industrial, and commercial installations, and be available for out-of-hours work and the callout rota.

Requirements

  • Approved City & Guilds Electrician or Building Services equivalent qualification.
  • Qualified to 18th Edition IEE regulations.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Good interpersonal & communicating skills.
  • Flexible approach to work requirements.
  • Capable of using PDA to utilise company CAFM system and emails.

  • City & Guilds 2391 Testing and Inspection qualified.
  • Gold CSCS Card Holder.
  • Site Health & Safety Training.

Responsibilities

  • Carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance, and minor project works in North West London postcodes (NW).
  • Ensuring compliance with safe systems of work, risk assessments, method statements, and company health and safety policy.
  • Complying with specific client working processes and procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate records of works done and any further works or recommendations required.
  • Carrying out Planned and reactive repairs as required to SLA attendance and completion deadlines.
  • Undertaking additional multi-skilled tasks.
  • Carrying out minor new works and project installations.
  • Adhering to Lancer Scott FM procedures and systems maintaining clear and legible records.
  • Undertaking works on domestic, industrial, and commercial installations.
  • Working out of hours from time to time and participating in the callout rota.
