About The Position

Lancer Scott is seeking a Mobile Electrical Engineer to cover South West London postcodes (SW). The role involves carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance, as well as minor project works. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with health and safety policies, client procedures, and maintain accurate records of work performed. This position offers the opportunity to work on domestic, industrial, and commercial installations, with the possibility of out-of-hours work and participation in a callout rota. The role requires good building services knowledge and the ability to perform multi-skilled tasks.

Requirements

• Approved City & Guilds Electrician or Building Services equivalent qualification.
• Qualified to 18th Edition IEE regulations.
• Good organisational skills and a positive outlook.
• Good interpersonal & communicating skills with a flexible approach to work requirements.
• Capable of using PDA to utilise company CAFM system and emails.

• City & Guilds 2391 Testing and Inspection qualified.
• Gold CSCS Card Holder.
• Site Health & Safety Training.
• First Aid training.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive repairs and maintenance, and minor project works in South West London postcodes (SW).
• Ensure compliance with safe systems of work, risk assessments, method statements, and company health and safety policy.
• Comply with specific client working processes and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of works done and any further works or recommendations required.
• Carry out Planned and reactive repairs to meet SLA attendance and completion deadlines.
• Undertake additional multi-skilled tasks, leveraging good building services knowledge.
• Carry out minor new works and project installations.
• Adhere to Lancer Scott FM procedures and systems, maintaining clear and legible records.
• Undertake works on domestic, industrial, and commercial installations.
• Be available to work out of hours from time to time and participate in the callout rota.
