About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Mobile Device Project Manager to lead enterprise-level mobile device refresh and deployment initiatives. This role will oversee the replacement and upgrade of iPhones, iPads, and related accessories while coordinating with IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level IT or mobile device deployment projects.
- Strong project management, scheduling, logistics, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with mobile device lifecycle management, inventory, asset management, and technology refresh initiatives.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional IT teams and third-party vendors.
- Strong knowledge of project tracking, reporting, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Ability to work fully on-site in New York, NY and manage high-volume device deployments.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with ServiceNow and Mobile Device Management (MDM) environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise mobile device refresh and replacement projects from planning through completion.
- Develop project schedules, deployment plans, milestones, timelines, and status reports.
- Coordinate device procurement, receipt, inventory, staging, configuration, deployment, returns, and disposition.
- Partner with IT, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Service Desk, Asset Management, Procurement, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure devices are properly configured, asset-tagged, documented, and recorded in required systems.
- Track inventory, deployment status, device returns, risks, dependencies, and project deliverables.
- Manage ServiceNow activities and maintain accurate project documentation and trackers.
- Identify project risks and delays and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, risks, issues, and required actions to leadership.
- Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, IT security, and compliance requirements.
