About The Position

As a Mobile Device Administrator, you’ll work closely with our team to support device inventory and deployment efforts, provide hands-on troubleshooting and login assistance to end users, and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of laptops, tablets, and other mobile devices. You’ll also maintain accurate reports and documentation while continuously improving processes and procedures by incorporating lessons learned from ongoing support activities. Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree.
  • An active Secret clearance with ability to obtain a Top Secret.
  • 3 years of experience with hands on experience supporting mobile devices, including cell phones, laptops and tablets.
  • 2 years of experience in a customer facing and fast paced environment.
  • Knowledge/experience in troubleshoot IT issues, providing end user support, asset management, and securing mobile devices.
  • An understanding of managing tickets, communicating via email, and proficiency using MS Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Work with 4 team members to complete annual inventory and mobile device deployment.
  • Provide troubleshooting and log in support to end users.
  • Provide day-to-day support of laptops, tablets, and other mobile devices.
  • Update reports and documentation.
  • Integrate lessons learned to processes and procedures.
