About The Position

Your central role in the mobile ecosystem enables you to help clients manage the demands of fast-moving environments. With your knowledge of innovative on-the-go solutions, you’ll help them become mobility leaders by creating strategic, cross-company approaches that increase productivity, enhance collaboration and drive more transactions.

Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience working a software engineer.
Minimum 2 years of experience demonstrating managing a team of developers and deliveries to clients
Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in native iOS (Swift) or Android (Java/Kotlin), React Native, Flutter, or Kotlin Multiplatform
Minimum 2 years of experience using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Kiro, Gemini) within the software development lifecycle

Nice To Haves

Have contributed significantly to at least two mobile applications and be able to describe those contributions
Hands-on full-stack development experience with NestJS/Node and/or web experience with React
Proven success in leading a team-oriented environment
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Desire to work in an information systems environment
Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Develop mobile applications and lead a team of engineers
Mobile application development, architecture and infrastructure design, technology build and deployment activities on multiple platforms
Assist in refining and enhancing mobile architectures and frameworks
Coordinate and work with clients and offshore teams and articulate client requirements into technical architecture
