About The Position

The Mobile Crisis Supervisor is responsible for the daily oversight, coordination, and supervision of the multidisciplinary Mobile Crisis team, which includes clinicians, and qualified professionals. This position ensures that high-quality crisis intervention services are delivered consistently and that the team functions efficiently, safely, and in alignment with MORES program standards.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with care teams as needed
  • Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
  • The Team Lead manages the MORES team and supervises staff members.
  • They also ensure that team members work together effectively to deliver services.
  • The Team Lead responds to crises and supports team members as needed.
  • They may also conduct assessments of individuals in crisis and develop crisis management plans.
  • The Team Lead coordinates with other service providers, such as hospitals, clinics, and social service agencies, to ensure that youth receive the appropriate services and referrals.
  • The Team Lead ensures that the MORES program operates effectively and efficiently by monitoring performance metrics, conducting program evaluations, and implementing necessary improvements.
