St. Peter’s Health is expanding its Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) and seeking passionate, skilled therapists for PRN Mobile Crisis Responder roles. This is a flexible opportunity with on-call shifts available, including weekdays, weekends, days, and nights. The MCRT provides 24/7 community-based, in-person behavioral health crisis response across Lewis and Clark County, Jefferson County, and Broadwater County. The team responds to mental health, substance use, and co-occurring crises in various community settings. MCRT operates as an interdisciplinary team, typically pairing a licensed clinician with an allied responder. Together, they assess safety and needs, de-escalate crises using trauma-informed approaches, stabilize individuals, and connect them to ongoing supports. Allied responders focus on engagement, support, advocacy, and system navigation, working alongside licensed clinicians who hold clinical decision-making authority. The Mobile Crisis Response Allied Responder I is a non-clinical role focused on engagement, de-escalation, advocacy, system navigation, and continuity of support.
