AMHC is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and collaborative Mobile Crisis Services Manager to lead the operations and delivery of our mobile crisis intervention services in Hancock and Washington Counties. This position provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals experiencing behavioral health crises while leading a dedicated team of crisis professionals. The Mobile Crisis Services Manager oversees a team of Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician–Crisis Service Providers (MHRT-CSPs) and works closely with the Crisis Peer Support Supervisor and Mobile Crisis Services Clinical Supervisors to promote an integrated, team-based approach to crisis response. This role combines staff supervision, program management, community collaboration, quality improvement, and crisis-service leadership.
