Riverside Community Care is seeking a Master’s level Clinician to join the Community Behavioral Health Center’s (CBHC) Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI) program. The MCI program provides 24/7 crisis intervention services, either on-site or mobile, to individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges. The program's mission is to rapidly respond, assess effectively, and deliver treatment to promote recovery, ensure safety, and stabilize crises, enabling individuals to receive community-based services or, if medically necessary, inpatient or 24-hour diversionary care. The MCI clinician is part of a multidisciplinary team and plays an integral role in the daily operations of the MCI component. This role involves telephone triage, crisis intervention (evaluation, stabilization, referral, and follow-up) both on-site and in the community, and serving as a liaison between the MCI team and community providers for continuity of care. Orientation to MCI, including diagnosis, safety assessment, and resource awareness, is provided. Clinical supervision is offered, including licensure track hours for eligible employees. Riverside also provides an extensive staff training program with CEUs.
