About The Position
Our REACH team is growing and searching for Mobile Crisis Dispatchers! In this role, you will provide phone triages, screening services, referral, and support for individuals with Mental Health, Substance Use, ID and Co-Occurring Disorders. Requirements
- Graduation from High School or equivalent
- At least one year of experience working with individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders, or developmental disabilities is required.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree in education, social work, psychology, or human services related field is preferred.
- Two years PSAP or emergency call taker experience preferred but not required.
- Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages
