Requirements

IV-Certified LPN
Must be able to work Monday-Friday Evening Shift (2p-10p) or Weekend Baylor (6a-6p).
Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply.
Qualified associates who have been with Brookdale for at least a year may be eligible for advancement fees for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs, up to $725, less applicable taxes and withholding.
