About The Position

Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Mobile Crisis Coordinator to join their Community Regional Crisis Response (CR2) team in Northern Virginia. This role provides immediate, mobile crisis intervention for individuals experiencing mental health crises. The responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering intensive counseling to stabilize the client and reduce hospitalization risk. The coordinator also leads meetings to engage support networks, creates service plans tailored to client needs, and works within a multidisciplinary team for coordinating care. Accurate and detailed documentation of client interactions is required. The position involves community travel to Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William counties and cities. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to one of these areas. The role may include participation in a rotating on-call schedule.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a master's degree in a license-eligible field.
  • License-eligible as a LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Virginia.
  • Experience in crisis intervention, adaptability, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • 1 year of experience with mental health populations preferred.
  • Valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
  • Proficiency with EHR systems, Microsoft Suite, and technically savvy.
