About The Position

Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Mobile Crisis Coordinator to join their Community Regional Crisis Response (CR2) team in Northern Virginia. This role provides immediate, mobile crisis intervention for individuals experiencing mental health crises. The responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, delivering intensive counseling to stabilize clients and reduce hospitalization risk, leading meetings to engage support networks, creating tailored service plans, and working within a multidisciplinary team for care coordination. Accurate and detailed documentation of client interactions is also required. The position may involve participation in a rotating on-call schedule and requires community travel to Charlottesville, Lynchburg, and Harrisonburg. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to one of these areas.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a master's degree in a license-eligible field.
  • License-eligible as a LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Virginia.
  • Skills in crisis intervention, adaptability, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • 1 year of experience with mental health populations preferred.
  • Must maintain a valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
  • Proficiency with EHR systems, Microsoft Suite, and technically savvy.

Responsibilities
