Mobile Crane Technician

The Blue Collar Recruiter of Marietta•Olathe, KS

About The Position

This role rewards technicians who know their stuff. Every quarter, you can earn a Technician Efficiency Bonus based on how efficiently you complete your work, so the better you are, the more you take home. On top of that, overtime starts after 8 hours in a day, not after 40 hours in a week. Every long service call and extended job site day pays more, and with field techs working anywhere from 40 to 80 hours a week, the overtime adds up fast.
