About The Position

Our client is an award-winning global provider of lifting solutions known for outstanding customer service. Their core values are safety, quality, integrity, reliability and teamwork, and they invest in technicians who take pride in their work. This role rewards technicians who know their stuff. Every quarter, you can earn a Technician Efficiency Bonus based on how efficiently you complete your work, so the better you are, the more you take home. On top of that, overtime starts after 8 hours in a day, not after 40 hours in a week. Every long service call and extended job site day pays more, and with field techs working anywhere from 40 to 80 hours a week, the overtime adds up fast.
