About The Position

BACH’s Mobile Clinic Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring vehicles and mobile clinics are maintained, compliant, and able to be deployed to meet operational needs. Mobile Clinic Maintenance Coordinators roles is to travel to inspect, service, and manage vehicles on-site. The role requires attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to handle both administrative and field responsibilities. The Mobile Clinic Maintenance Coordinator ensures that the company’s mobile clinic is well-maintained, compliant, and efficiently deployed, supporting operational continuity and cost-effectiveness across the organization.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, management, or a related field preferred.
  • Valid California Class C Driver License that allows you to drive in the course of your employment
  • The ability to work and act independently, and to make and carry out decisions with minimal supervision.
  • The ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead teams and projects, and work collaboratively.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
  • Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Inspects and evaluates clinic equipment, recommends repair and/or replacement of existing equipment, and maintains records of clinic inventories, assignments, and usage.
  • Acts as liaison between service providers and manufacturer for warranty work and resolution of technical and safety issues.
  • Analyzes, develops, reviews work plans, determines workflow needs and schedules, and ensures completion of work.
  • Reviews and establishes clinic maintenance practices and procedures and ensures quality controls.
  • Schedule and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and ensure vehicles are in a safe, operational condition.
  • Monitor mileage, fuel consumption, location, and usage patterns of vehicles and mobile clinics.
  • Maintain up-to-date registrations, inspections, licenses, and insurance; ensure compliance with local, state, and federal transportation laws.
  • Recommend and implement cost-saving measures, manage fuel card programs, and review expenses for compliance and efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed logs of vehicle inventory, maintenance history, and incident reports.
  • Address vehicle breakdowns, driver issues, and compliance concerns promptly.
  • Work with drivers, maintenance shops to resolve maintenance concerns promptly.
  • Track vehicle utilization and availability, ensuring mobile clinic assets are deployed efficiently and minimizing downtime.
  • Develop and administer vehicle inspection programs, including pre-trip, post-trip, and annual safety inspections.
  • Ensure vehicle readiness for emergency response, disaster relief operations, and community outreach events.
  • Obtains competitive quotes for vehicle repairs, preventative maintenance services, equipment replacements, and related fleet expenditures; conducts cost-benefit analyses and recommends vendors for management approval in accordance with organizational purchasing policies.
  • Attends workshops, training, and meetings as needed, and as requested.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
