At Claris Health, we believe that every individual is a story worth cherishing - a story of hope, resilience, and the chance for a brighter future. For nearly 50 years, we've stood beside individuals and families during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives, offering not just medical care but meeting people where they are. We believe that every individual is worthy of love and deserving of whole-person care. Growth at Claris isn’t just something we aim for - it’s what we do every day. Whether it’s our state-of-the-art Inglewood facility, our mobile clinics bringing care directly to underserved communities, or our Reality Check program empowering thousands of students, we’re breaking barriers to healthcare access. At Claris, your ideas matter, your work is valued, and your impact is real. The Mobile Medical Driver is responsible for driving our 30 foot mobile clinic to and from community locations (shelters, housing communities, high schools etc), parking in busy, urban settings, performing the set-up and take down activities, including any necessary cleanup of the site as well as all vehicle maintenance (oil changes, taking MMU in for repairs, gas fill-up, sewage disposal, washing MMU and basic repairs). Additional duties include, keeping detailed logs of vehicle maintenance, participating in staff meetings, checking patients in and out, and representing the organization in meetings with community partners and interactions with patients. The Driver is the first face most of our patients will see when they come to our mobile clinic. The ideal candidate gets along well with various groups of people, treats everyone with respect, has a heart for under-served communities, is able to diffuse tense situations, and is comfortable translating for Spanish-speaking patients.
